POLYWOOL Blanket is a lightweight insulation product designed for fire safety, acoustic and thermal insulation applications in buildings, commercial and industrial applications. Manufactured by spinning molten glass, containing up to 80% recycled content, into fine wool like fibres. The inorganic fibres are bonded together using a thermosetting resin binder and the product can be identified by its golden yellow appearance. POLYWOOL Blanket glass mineral wool insulations are non-combustible, rot-proof, odourless, non-hygroscopic, do not sustain vermin and will not encourage the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria.

The new generation of glass mineral wool blanket suitable for applications up to 350˚C has been engineered to provide the highest level of insulation performance for HVAC systems, boilers, ovens and vessels. The insulation blanket can be used as insulation material in a variety of new construction and retrofit applications as well as walls, ceilings, roofs and HVAC air ducts of buildings.

THERMAL PERFORMANCE
POLYWOOL Blanket allows to optimise energy efficiency, prevent heat loss and provide effective thermal insulation. Properly insulated HVAC air duct will be able to limit the heat loss and maintain the desired operating temperature. POLYWOOL Blanket is suitable for rectangular ducts of varying sizes. CORROSIVENESS
