Flexiwrap Acoustic Wrap

FlexiWrap is a high-performance acoustic barrier, comprised of convoluted polyurethane open cell foam that is bonded to a flexible mass loaded vinyl (MLV) and covered with a foil surface made from aluminium. The material composition offers low VOC emission and high fire resistance properties as well as durability to ensure longevity of performance.

FlexiWrap is primarily used to insulate piping or equipment in both commercial and residential buildings. The product has been specifically engineered to reduce unwanted noise, in order to improve acoustic comfort in a variety of applications by absorbing and deflecting sound vibration.

The flexibility of the material allows it to wrap effectively around external pipe and duct surfaces, to reduce or eliminate the sound waves that would otherwise travel throughout and around these systems. FlexiWrap is also effective as a sound barrier for industrial equipment including fans, motors, pumps and compressors and is available in a variety of sheet sizes, as well as pre-manufactured shapes and bends to fit a variety of unique shapes and sizes.
